Kimberly M Murallo, RN

Kim, "Missy", is an ANM in the GE lab. Since I have been in my new role here I have witnessed Missy lead her team with kindness, strength, and respect. She puts patient safety at the top of her list and is always trying to ensure the GE team has what is needed to take care of their patients. The patient engagement scores in this area are phenomenal and above expectations and I feel this is a direct reflection of her leadership. I often see Missy engaged with patients at the bedside making sure all of their questions are answered and their anxiety reduced. Missy is on our unit council as well and represents for Surgical Services. Missy is always working hard right next to her team even if that means staying late to finish her duties as an ANM. I think she is an exceptional leader.
