Kimberly Mcelroy, RN

I would like to nominate Kim McElroy. I first met her in a sleep class with Whole Health. She taught me the importance of sleep, and benefits and met me where I was at with my sleep habits. I learned to accept my diagnosis and not be ashamed of my C-PAP machine. It was then I enrolled in whole health for diabetes. Her classes are engaging, empowering, encouraging, and educational. I fell in love with her assertiveness to make my life a better version of it. I am happy to say now she's my health coach. I feel better about my diagnosis and I'm learning to work hard tomorrow for what I missed today. I pace myself and use all of the resources, tools, and information I learned from Nurse McElroy and the whole health department. Here's to a healthier me!

She is an excellent instructor. Clear on achieving sleep goals, overall, she empowered me to be consistent and address personal barriers I had and now I use my C-PAP machine daily! Here’s to a healthier me!
