Everyone was pleasant and caring, but Kim made us feel right at home with her upbeat personality and the attention she gave us as if we were family.
Kim was a remarkable nurse. My 90-year-old mom was hospitalized and quite ill. It was our first time at MidState, so we weren’t sure what to expect. She was professional yet compassionate, attentive, and never forgot anything! She observed and actively listened to any concerns my mom or the family had. Her bubbly, optimistic, no-worries personality put us at ease at a time when we were thinking the worst. We were confident in the messages she delivered, and she made sure Mom was always comfortable. She exemplifies the finest qualities a healthcare professional can have.

My husband was admitted for a bone infection in his foot and ended up having it amputated. The entire staff, from the recovery room to his room in Pavillion D and finally to PCU, was phenomenal. Everyone was pleasant and caring, but Kim made us feel right at home with her upbeat personality and the attention she gave us as if we were family. I highly recommend this hospital and its staff.
