I really appreciated your hospital and the treatment I received. Kim went above and beyond. She was so kind and compassionate. She was right there when I needed her and kept me comfortable. Even though she had to hold pressure to my wounds for a long time to stop the bleeding, seeing her hands turn red, she never complained. I really want to thank her for all that she did.
