From the time I hit the floor, Kim was by my side attending to all my needs. Even after I was discharged, seeing her on the floor, she always has a smile on her face and was working hard on making her next patient feel well. I had been admitted as an inpatient for the past 4 months. She knew my ailments were bringing me down, but that smile of hers made me feel a lot better. People like Kim are really special and very much needed at our facility.
