Kimberly Regan, RN, CWCN, CHRN

Kimberly has been one of the many nurses at the NYU Langone Wound Care Center who has been paramount in our care. Kimberly is absolutely wonderful! Attentive and caring. My mother (who is also an RN of 47 years), unfortunately, had to have an amputation of the 3rd and 4th toes on the left foot due to poor circulation. My mother went through 50 rounds of hyperbaric therapy, wound debridement, wound vac application x 4+ weeks, in addition to antibiotics due to infection. Through it all, Kimberly was simply amazing; a great teacher who gave me and my mother wonderful treatment. Her sweet demeanor, kindness, empathy, and emotional support during a very very difficult time meant the world to me and my mom. Ms. Regan, to me, is truly why The DAISY Award was created.
