I could not tell that Kimberly Rhodes was a new nurse until I asked (thinking a long time) because of the way she carried herself with confidence. She knew exactly what to do and when/if she did not, she would, in true leadership fashion, ask.

Down to earth and speaks on and at your level.
Kind hearted - truly seems to want others to "feel better" and "get better".
Treats the patient and not just the "test", "scan".
It is nice to see those with compassion and does the "right" thing in a world that is sometimes gray and not so black and white.
Smart and strong enough to ask for help and intelligent enough to retain it!
Very patient with patients like me or the other billion or so different kinds she confronts or will confront!
