Kim was just awesome! She has such a calm and comforting manner that put me completely at ease prior to my procedure which I was pretty apprehensive about. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, and she made the process as good as it could possibly be. She was fantastic, and I feel she is a DAISY Nurse for her professionalism and outstanding care.
