Kimberly cared for a patient that had been on 5-Garden for several months. The patient had been admitted in the middle of the summer. As the season changed to fall, the patient remained in the hospital and was not allowed to leave her room. On her day off, Kimberly came into work and beautifully decorated the patient's room for fall. It was beautiful and homey. I cannot imagine being stuck in one room for months; Kimberly added a bright spot to a rough situation by adding pillows, pictures, and accents to this patient's one-room "home."
