Kim went beyond her regular duty to make my mother feel comfortable, psychologically and physically. She addressed the issues (especially bed pans) without any limitations. She was excellent with us. She shines above and beyond all the others as very professional and efficient. I believe she will go far in the medical field because she places her heart into it.
