My father has been hospitalized since 2/14 and we have had several nurses/CNA's involved in his treatment/care. Kim stands out as heads above the rest. She displayed vast knowledge and caring skills. She never seemed rustled and made my dad and us feel heard!!! She took the time to answer all our questions and offered at home solutions for his care (he is 94 and bed ridden). She clearly cared for his well being. She suggested a pain patch (something no one else offered)to make him more comfortable in his shoulder. Her action oriented care made us all want to take her home with us! Thank you Kim!!!
