It is Kimberly began her journey on 3 Main as a nurse resident in 2020. From those early days, it was clear she was destined for leadership. She quickly advanced to team leader, then Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), and now serves as the Nurse Manager, a role she embodies with unmatched dedication, professionalism, and heart. Watching her growth has been nothing short of inspiring. Kimberly’s leadership is a powerful blend of compassion, accountability, and vision. Under her guidance, her unit has achieved outstanding milestones, including an incredible 90 (plus) days without a pressure injury. This speaks volumes about the culture of safety and excellence she fosters every day. In a specialty like Med-Surg, known for its high turnover, Kimberly has created something rare: stability. Her genuine support and commitment to her team’s development have transformed her unit into a place where staff choose to stay, grow, and thrive. That kind of loyalty doesn’t just happen. It’s built by leaders who care deeply, who recognize potential, and who invest in their people. Kimberly is the very definition of an “open-door leader.” She listens. She shows up.
