As a first-time mother, she made me feel right at home. She's soft-spoken but very outgoing. She's extraordinary and militant. Kimberly cared for both my baby and me with such kindness and attention. Although it was her job, she made me feel truly valued. During my six-day stay, I felt safe and happy; seeing her felt like being with family. I knew I was heard and cared for, and that my baby was loved because Kimberly consistently tended to our every need and request. She left a special place in my heart. My son thanks her too; even though his face is always grumpy, she always stayed on top of all his needs. It’s scary to put all your trust in someone but she's deserved something special for the special job she provided daily for me and my beloved child.
