I had the pleasure to experience this nurse's care for my daughter on two separate occasions. It has almost been a year since my daughter was seen there, but I just could not for the life of me find the words to say. Mrs. Kim took EXCELLENT care of my daughter while she was there at the hospital. From the time she entered the room to the time my daughter left, she was well taken care of. All the staff that participated in her care were excellent but Mrs. Kim was extraordinary. She made sure her pain level was tolerable, and she made sure she was comfortable by going out of her way to provide her with a fan, absolutely anything, she needed or did not know she needed it was provided by this wonderful woman. This was her very 1st baby and had never been through this before; My daughter had lots of questions, and Mrs. Kim answered all her questions, and if she did not know the answer she would always find out. Mrs. Kim is a powerhouse of information. Once my daughter gave birth, Mrs. Kim noticed that the diapers on the little one were way too big, she went searching and found some preemie diapers for him; when she did not have to. Mrs. Kim was also a superstar in the OR, again anything she needed, she was there. Mrs. Kim is a vital part of your facility. She is extraordinary in the care she provides for her patients. I personally cannot tell you how much I thanked her. I also went as far as buying her a Christmas gift to thank her in my own way for going above and beyond for my daughter.
