Kimberly always walks in with a smile. Happy and ready to serve her patients. Kimberly takes her time with everything that she does. She keeps her work immaculately clean. She is gentle and very empathetic with all and every patient that she comes across. I had a tracheotomy and Kimberly would take time to comfort me, clean my trach, and make sure that I was comfortable and at ease. Being that I was so nervous and scared because of what I was going through she would take her time to explain everything that she would do. She would explain to me what every medication is for and when and if my next dose of medicine will be. Kimberly is a joy to be around and she ensures her patient's needs are met. Kimberly became like my daughter and I appreciate all that she did. With my emotions on a roller coaster ride, with Kimberly around I was at a level where I was calm. I wish Kimberly great success and I know that with her attitude, her warmness, and her empathy she will be a great nurse. Thank you, Kim!
