1st Nomination:
First of all, Ms Hughes was very polite, and she was exceptionally professional. She explained everything that I needed to know about my appointment. She is an awesome individual and efficient, explaining everything in detail to me and going above and beyond. She told me about my care and my lab results. She was just very awesome.
2nd Nomination:
Beautiful bedside service. Professional, respectful, and kind. She also included my wife in the conversation during my visit. That was good because she’s my lifeline.
3rd Nomination:
We were seen on a walk-in basis because we had sent an email to MyHealtheVet. The same nurse who answered our email also processed us in and coordinated with the nurse practitioner who saw us. We were given excellent and courteous care of our concerns and were highly satisfied.
