Kimmy was very helpful and was in such a great mood when helping my fiance who is currently in ICU. She answered all of my questions and was able to keep a smile on her face even when she was busy. I love that she was able to listen to my fears and concerns, and offered me advice on how to stay positive during this horrible time. She spoke to patients like she would with a friend, keeping them comfortable with her and sometimes making jokes to keep smiles on our face. Thanks Kimmy, you are awesome!
