Kindsay must have been born a nurse. We've never seen anyone make any job look easy and more natural. She cared for my son (2yrs) 2 or 3 shifts in his stay, including an IViG treatment lasting over 12 hours. She was extremely compassionate for him during his care, including the diligent task of keeping up his vitals when he would not even stay calm if the door opened. She got down on the floor and played cars with him creating a relationship with him that allowed her to advance further care with him. She was also comforting to us in her professionalism and ease with which she provided consistently the best care we received. She is a special part of your team with an amazing nursing heart.
