I was sitting in my husband's room alone, as he was having a medical procedure. She simply came to the door and said, "Do you need anything?" I responded as usual and said, "No, I'm okay." She looked into my eyes, came into the room, sat down and began to talk. I began to talk about my husband's illness and our "therapy session" began. She has a special way of responding, that is a "gift." This young lady made such a difference that afternoon, displaying a true human connection. Her nursing skills are stellar, and her ability to connect with people is extraordinary.
