Kira Delfavero, RN

Kira was my nurse while in the Emergency Room for fractured ribs. She was compassionate, trustworthy, and caring in all of her actions during my stay. Kira made a special connection with me and did an awesome job educating me on my fractured ribs, and listened to my concerns.

Kira demonstrated clinical care, and she is committed to excellence. She explained everything that she was going to do and advocated for me with the physicians and other staff during my care. Kira was a problem solver and a role model. She went above and beyond and is an asset to Henry Ford.
