Kiran had a particularly busy day in October but that didn't stop her from being positive and uplifting with all of her patients. With her phone ringing off the hook, Kiran had a very challenging moment with a patient who was difficult to treat because of an issue with a certain medication. The patient was tearful and nervous but Kiran was calm and focused. Kiran was finally able to rush a doctor to the patient's side for urgent treatment.

The patient said that Kiran's effort gave her a life extension in her battle with cancer. Kiran's nominator says that Kiran is a, "True DAISY inside and out."
