My dad has had many nurses. Kiran by far has been the best. She has had a positive, upbeat demeanor and is humorous which makes my dad happy and lightens his mood. She is extremely good at giving me and my dad updates and uses clear language that he can understand. She lets us know what's going on and what to expect. She has been available at present and neither my dad or I feel as if he's just another patient. She makes him feel important and that he matters. I, as his daughter, appreciate that very, very much!
