Kirby went above and beyond for a confused and combative patient in PCU. The patient was not his, but he helped the primary nurse all day with this patient. When she was at her worse, Kirby sat with his arm around the patient and comforted her and helped her calm down. I am proud to work with Kirby.

Kirby was vital when a patient took a turn for the worse; due to his prompt response and critical thinking, the patient was quickly prepped for surgery with a successful patient outcome.
