Kirsten CARES for US ALL! She has unconditional compassion. This is not only a career for Kirsten. She treats me and others as one of her close family members. She is Extraordinary. She follows up with everything, even when not required to. She goes the extra mile always out of love for us all, no doubt. I can always trust Kirsten for a quick response to any questions and to give me any help 24/7. All the staff at Hyannis Outpatient Clinic are excellent, but I have more interaction with Kirsten. Her compassion and commitment represent the VA in the best possible way. We are blessed to have Kirsten in our lives. I hope she's always here for us. Thank you!

Kirsten is great! She possesses the 5 C's with flying colors. NEVER has a nurse called me at home to follow-up on an issue or appointment. Kirsten does!!! She goes above and beyond, makes phone calls to pharmacies, provides employer names and phone extensions! Thank you, Kirsten!
