Kirsten Nelms, RN
Kirsten Nelms was wonderful. She helped our resident who had to go to the ER and then ended up being admitted. She was SO kind, gentle, understanding, and patient. Our resident has significant intellectual disabilities, and this whole process has been very frightening for him. She made him feel so at ease and handled him with such grace. It makes me want to cry, thinking about how good she was; we're very, VERY grateful to her!
