I came to the ER with a spontaneous brain bleed that required surgery. Kirstie was so kind and compassionate. Not only to me but to my daughter who was so scared.
Not only did she take such good care of me that time in the ER she came back to check on me in SICU the next day. It was her day off also. Her compassion and calmness meant so much to me. She didn't even know me and came to check on me. I will always remember her.
