Kirstin provided amazing care during our Labor and delivery. She was so kind, patient, and informative, which helped put two nervous first-time parents at ease. Our experience would not have been the same without the quality of care she provided, including the fact that she checked on us multiple times after we were moved to our post-partum room and when our son was in the nursery. We can’t thank her enough.

I came into this department with a major symptom. I was brought to a room and immediately greeted by Kirstin. From the beginning, she calmed me down and reassured me that everything would be okay. She explained each step taken in caring for my baby and me. She found my baby’s heartbeat and had the most warming smile on her face. She continuously made sure I had everything I needed. She sat with me and held the monitor on my stomach to make sure we had the most accurate readings. We talked and laughed, and she made me feel comfortable and less anxious. The whole time I was there, I knew that she was not going to let anything happen to me or my baby. At the time of my discharge, she reassured me that I made the right choice of coming in to be checked and that she was always there, day or night. I am so beyond lucky that I had Kirstin there.
