Kirstin Kerby, RN

From my arrival in the ICU, Kirstin welcomed me with a combination of warmth and professionalism. She was well informed of my situation, supervised, and diligently followed through with the execution of my plan of care. She made me feel she was concerned about my situation and went the extra mile to make me comfortable. It is obvious that her communication skills are above par with those of her team and doctors. Even though the ICU was extremely busy, she never lost control of my situation, and what impressed me was her calm disposition and the fact that she always had a smile on her face. Being in the ICU is a very stressful situation, and Kirstin made me feel at ease during my stay. Her professional and personal attributes are definitely assets that must be recognized.
