Grace is the one of the best charge nurses/supervisors. She is always asking if there is anything she can do for us to make our shift better, whether that be helping with patients and doing cares, watching our rooms if we need to take our break, doing an admission/discharge, and even parent education.

Grace is always excited to see everyone and will walk around and touch base with the staff, even if it’s just to ask how we are. Grace is also one of the most knowledgeable and skillful nurses. The love and dedication she feels for her patients show in the care she provides them. When working with Grace, even if it was a bad day, it was a great one.
