Kisha helped me a lot in the ER. She showed professionalism and compassion towards me during my entire visit. She got me additional clothing, made sure I was comfortable and checked on my daughter who was in ICU while I was being seen in the ER. She explained discharge instructions and made sure I understood all steps and answered any and all of my questions. She is an amazing nurse.
