I nominate Kittyanne Weymouth as an extraordinary nurse. My daughter and I have been through a lot this year. My daughter has brain cancer (Medullblastoma) and we have been to many treatments in and out of a number of hospitals. Recently my daughter had to have another blood transfusion and platelets. Kitty was our RN. I was truly impressed. Kitty went above and beyond. She was caring, energetic, and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She asked all the right questions and gave us answers to our concerns and was very realistic about them. She constantly checked on us. This was better care than any other experience we have had this year. She even sat with us in our room to make sure our mental status was OK. This was not our first rodeo but the treatment that we got from her was the finest.
