KJ is one of the best nurses who has cared for our daughter. She really went to bat for us and spoke up about our concerns. She was a true advocate not only for our child but for us as well. She sat with me and held my hand, handing me tissues while offering words of comfort to console me during an emotional time. At a difficult moment, KJ comforted us and also called the patient representative who knew us from our time here in the past. This was a huge comfort and made us feel so much better.
Her happy, cheerful demeanor along with her obvious knowledge and experience was such a comfort. We felt 100 percent safe under her care, and not only for physical things, she was always looking out for our best interest and the interests of our child. She was attentive, thorough, patient, and gentle, and she even joked with our daughter and made her laugh. I just can't say enough about this wonderful nurse who provides such wonderful care, and who goes above and beyond for her patient and their family.
