Kjerstina was my nurse during the most devastating experience of my life. I was in the labor and delivery department at 19 weeks pregnant to deliver my baby that had miscarried. She explained everything clearly, answered every question we asked, and showed concern not only for my comfort but the comfort of my spouse as well. She communicated often with my midwife and they always worked together seamlessly when they were both in the room.
