Agnes is the best! She is my personal lifesaver. She has been my ostomy nurse for five years and has shown up each time in the best way possible. I selected this emergency room hospital for care because I knew she would be there to help.

I was admitted to the hospital due to a bowel obstruction and needed help with my ostomy pouch system. The floor nurse contacted Agnes to let them know I was requesting her assistance, and she was there right away. Agnes prepared my appliance, put it on for me, and ordered me more supplies that I would need to make it through my recovery.

She listened to my story of why I was there, gave suggestions, but most of I love the connection I have with her as her patient. She really is one of a kind and is the very best at her job.

Agnes is amazing, and I am so lucky to have her caring for me.
