Luisa Klinger was key to advocating for my dad's special needs. My dad had been in the hospital already for five days when she became assigned to my dad's care. She coordinated with Dr. M to take another look at my dad's abdominal pain. Her leadership coordinated lab, x-ray, GI care, and procedures.
