Kloe Goodin, RN

Kloe Goodin provided truly exceptional care during my labor and delivery. She comforted me when I became emotional over my baby’s fetal heart tones because of a previous traumatic experience with my first child. She never made me feel like my fears were too much and always reassured me with kindness and compassion. She consistently went above and beyond in ways both big and small.

When I mentioned that I needed lotion, she didn’t just say they didn’t have any available. She generously gave me some of her own. Throughout the entire night, she was always one step ahead of my needs. Before I even had to ask for something, she was already checking on me or making sure I was comfortable.

Kloe is also pregnant herself, yet she never let that affect the incredible level of care she provided. Her attention to detail, genuine compassion, and dedication made one of the most emotional moments of my life so much easier. She made me feel safe, heard, and cared for every step of the way. If I could have carried Kloe in my pocket throughout my entire hospital stay, I absolutely would have. She is exactly the kind of nurse every patient hopes for. I will never forget the difference she made for me and my family.
