She is a top professional and drives excellence in everything she does. She leads the way by setting standards for work ethic and is always available to help others. Her persistent pursuit to improve client understanding and satisfaction is second to her drive to ensure patients are seen as the priority. Now in her INA role working with the VAMC, she consistently demonstrates her passion and deep concern about our project to ensure that Veterans receive the highest quality of care possible. She is not only an advocate for the veteran but also her colleagues. She is single-handedly helping to support numerous new team members through her leadership and mentorship style. She works tirelessly to ensure that a new hire has the tools, resources, and support to create a career at Cerner, but most importantly she is teaching a new generation how to care for what we do and the importance of what we do.

I have been a nurse for over 25 years and Koby is the most passionate clinical leader I have ever worked with. She has developed a strong clinical team in addition to exceeding our client expectations every day.
