Koren educated us during our three-night stay. Even though we attended all of the "baby classes", Koren taught us that there were always options and to ask if we feel like there are not any left. We learned that during "crisis", if we remain calm, we can better manage the situation. This she taught us by example and not verbally. When we were most anxious, she was at her best. We learned more than words can describe from her example. The efforts of one person, Koren, truly made a difference with us and ensured we had a positive experience in the hospital considering the circumstances.
