Korissa Bomba, LPN

I admire the kindness and compassion Korissa showed to a patient who was very obviously struggling post-op. Korissa took her time to connect with the patient by sharing her own story, making a connection with the patient. Korissa was then able to use that connection to motivate the patient in her own recovery process. In every interaction between her and this patient, she was both encouraging and empathetic. I believe Korissa played a huge part in this patient's recovery process. She is truly a pleasure to work with and the ideal teammate.
