Member said that Nurse Korla St Cyr from the Baldwin Medical Center, Hematology/Oncology department was not her nurse but still took time to take care of her even though she didn't have to. It really meant a lot to the member. Member was crying on the phone while providing the information. She stated that she wants to thank Korla 1,000 times and that she is one in a million. "I've never been treated with so much courtesy, respect and she is the best thing that ever happened to me. I am a Kaiser employee for 11 years and I have never had such exceptional service as a patient. Never in my life have I been treated and taken care of so well. The way that Korla treats her patients is the way that every nurse should treat their patients. The type of care she provided is hard to find. She worked overtime and she didn't have to, just to take care of me.

"Most people have a hard time finding my veins and she came right in and found it right away and didn't hurt me. She's the best!"
