Her leadership skills are evident, making chaos into a controllable situation and leading a cohesive, effective, hardworking team. She is accountable, creative, and thoughtful, and her communication is above average. She is fair when it comes to staffing the appropriate skill level of the nurse with the acuity of the patient population in multiple hospital units. She is an all-around good nurse and leader. She is the definition of what it means to be a leader; her patience, ability to teach, and humility are just a few of her amazing traits.
