Kourtney Kniesly, BSN, RN

Kourtney was friendly from the start. She worked so well with our son. She would provide updates on his status and results for his exams and labs. She understood the anxiety and concern we were feeling and went above and beyond to provide us comfort in any way she could. Sometimes you meet someone and realize how perfect they are for their profession. She is a caring soul, soothing to both parents and babies.
