Kourtney walked me through everything going on. She was above professional, but also personable. Things took a turn for my labor, and she remained calm, kept making sure I was okay, and reassured my husband that I was in good hands. It will be very difficult to leave this hospital simply because I am forever grateful for Kourtney. If you read what my journey here was like, you will realize what an amazing asset to your L&D department you have. She is irreplaceable. Kourtney earned the trust of a mom with complications and the trust of a terrified father. Her kind approach to our situation, never forgetting who we were or our story. She did not need to update each shift because of her dedication and amazing bedside manner. My family will use this hospital.

Kourtney was a blessing! She was so wonderful to my wife. She was compassionate, kind, funny, and simply one of the best nurses we had during the entire stay of 35 days. With our story, she made sure to check on my wife even when she wasn’t assigned to her care. I mean this when I say, she will always be FAMILY!
