Kourtnie Goodman, RN

Kourtnie Goodman was my nurse for a breast reduction surgery. She was so supportive from the very beginning. She answered every question I had, either in person or online. She was always prompt and helped me process everything happening to me during recovery. Kourtnie’s sweet demeanor made me feel comfortable asking her everything I was worried about, but I didn’t remember to ask or feel comfortable asking the provider when he was in the room. She is phenomenal, and I wish she could always be a part of my care.

Kourtnie handled several complex situations for me quickly and effectively and never stopped smiling anytime she had to deal with me. She took great care in accurately completing my FMLA paperwork, quickly and effectively getting me appointments set correctly, and handling several questions and requests.
