Kris Boncek is an outstanding nurse! We met Kris in the NICU as she was the nurse scheduled to take care of our son that day. That day will forever live with me as we had just entered an entirely new chapter as a family. Kris showed us how things would work with our son being there and advocated so many times for his well-being and care. This continued to be a theme with her every time she was scheduled to care for our son. We ultimately decided to request her to be his primary nurse moving forward. She accepted and made our lives so much easier through our son's 24-day admission. She cared not only for him but for my wife and me, providing advice on handling this new life and all the emotions that came with it.
