Kris Hales, RN

Kris Hales is an exceptional colleague of mine whose compassion and dedication to fellow staff and patients cannot go unnoticed. She is always there as an advocate for all, providing exemplary care to her patients.

Last year, a patient missed an appointment and did not answer their telephone. She knew this patient well enough to recognize that something was wrong. She, along with other office staff, went to the patient’s home and found the patient on the floor, unable to stand or crawl. She called 911 to assist the patient.
