Kris Maurice, RN

Kris has been a leader and role model in the ED for some time, and while it’s always been evident, it became even more evident when the pandemic started. Her ability to lead became a huge motivating force for staff. She was sure to keep staff informed and up to date on the many changes that occurred throughout the coming months. Staying late, and daily staff meetings and emails. Kris assisted in facilitating the opening of the Feinstein Covid annex, supported staff through Covid with wellness, including supporting wellness Wednesdays, the Zen Den, and encouraging staff to step outside to get away when needed.
