kris shurtz, RN, BSN

In 1998 I had surgery and Kris Shurtz was my nurse. I know it has been several years, but she still means 'the world' to me. She knows her job well. When I found out she was still at LMH, I was so thrilled. When I was there, she so eased my mind and took away my fears and was so kind and loving. I didn't know about the DAISY Award then and have just found out about it, so now I nominate Kris Shurtz for the DAISY Award!
