I just want to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart. The care, compassion, and dedication you showed my dad went beyond what I could expect. You stepped in. You did it with kindness, patience, and grace. You weren't just a nurse, you were and tried to be my voice when I didn't feel heard. You listened. You advocated. You cared. You are truly a blessing.
