Kriselle Marie Farrales, RN

Kriselle was our night shift nurse who resided over our three-day-old baby while I slept on a recliner chair by her side. She exemplified what it means to provide best-in-class attention and care for her patients and their family members by maintaining a positive attitude throughout our baby’s phototherapy treatment and offering to assist with anything that would make my sudden overnight stay comfortable. She took excellent care of our baby, making me feel less alone and anxious as a new parent. Throughout my stay, I felt I was conversing with a friend more versus a staff member and that is exactly how every baby’s parent should feel in such delicate circumstances. Thank you Kriselle!
